Joe Pickin – Director

Dr Joe Pickin is a waste specialist with a PhD on the environmental economics of waste and over 20 years’ experience as a researcher, analyst and consultant. He has a broad understanding of waste issues and particular expertise in data, modelling and carbon emissions from waste. Joe was the primary author of the National Waste Report 2018 and chairs the National Carbon Division of the Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia.
