Blue Environment has been commissioned by Horticulture Innovation Australia to investigate optimising the benefits of vermiculture in commercial-scale vegetable growing. We will conduct field research and work with growers to develop cost-effective and practical systems that use earthworms to boost productivity. This will include establishing demonstration sites in major vegetable-producing areas in Australia and increasing grower awareness and knowledge about vermiculture.
